Great Place to Study & Semana Noviembre 25 al 29

Estimadas Familias:

Reciban un saludo especial, esperando se encuentren bien.

Con gran alegría recibimos esta semana, pues nos hemos recertificado como un Great Place to Study por cuarto año consecutivo, con una puntuación muy satisfactoria: 4.21. ¡Felicitaciones!

Este reconocimiento refleja el compromiso y la dedicación de toda nuestra comunidad en mantener un entorno educativo y laboral que promueve el aprendizaje, el bienestar, y el crecimiento personal y profesional. Es un testimonio del esfuerzo conjunto por construir un espacio donde estudiantes, docentes, y colaboradores puedan desarrollarse plenamente y sentirse valorados. Es también una invitación a seguir trabajando juntos para continuar fortaleciendo los tres pilares que nos distinguen y nos impulsan hacia un futuro lleno de logros compartidos: a) Ambiente Saludable y Sostenible; (b) Aprendizaje y Trabajo Útil y de Calidad para la Vida y el Mundo; y c) Responsabilidad Interior hacia la Felicidad y el Éxito.

Los resultados también indican algunas áreas de mejora, que estaremos revisando con los diferentes equipos de trabajo para implementar acciones que nos permitan seguir creciendo, fortaleciendo nuestros procesos y asegurando el bienestar y la excelencia en nuestra comunidad.

Por otra parte, llegamos al final del mes de noviembre, con un corazón agradecido por las bendiciones que hemos recibido. A continuación, compartimos información importante para esta semana, recordando las sabias palabras de San Francisco de Asís: “Es en el dar que recibimos”, las cuales son el lema de nuestras novenas. 

1. Martes, Noviembre 26 – Concierto Navideño: Respeto, Optimismo y Gratitud & Noche de Velitas. ¡Los esperamos para juntos dar inicio a la Navidad con más de 154 artistas de los grupos de música, danza y telas aéreas extraclase, Orquesta Iniciación (Orff), Orquesta Junior, Orquesta EAD, Orquesta Maestros RochiFusión, Teatro EAD, Chiqui Dance, Pre Mini Dance/Mini Dance, Iniciación Dance Team, Dance Team, Telas Aéreas Junior y Telas Aéreas EAD!

2. Miércoles, Noviembre 27 – Novena de Escuela Media en los salones de clase. Desde la Dirección de Nivel se enviará la información correspondiente.

3. Jueves, Noviembre 28 – Novena de 4º Grado a las 8:40 a.m. en la auditería del Colegio y almuerzo de Acción de Gracias. 

4. Viernes, Noviembre 29 – Los estudiantes finalizarán sus actividades escolares a la 1:00 p.m. y las rutas saldrán a la 1:10 p.m. Les agradecemos su comprensión, pues es necesaria una reunión con todos los colaboradores del Colegio, con el fin de explicar todos los cambios en el régimen pensional. La nueva normatividad nos obliga a revisar detalladamente los ajustes necesarios para garantizar que todos estén informados y que podamos cumplir con las disposiciones legales, asegurando el bienestar de nuestra comunidad laboral.

Que este tiempo sea una oportunidad para compartir amor, esperanza y generosidad, pues al dar lo mejor de nosotros, llenamos nuestros corazones con el verdadero espíritu de la Navidad.

Warm greetings to you all, hoping this message finds you well.

We are delighted to share that this week we have been recertified as a Great Place to Study for the fourth consecutive year, achieving an excellent score of 4.21. Congratulations!

This recognition reflects the commitment and dedication of our entire community in maintaining an educational and work environment that fosters learning, well-being, and personal and professional growth. It is a testament to our collective effort in building a space where students, teachers, and staff can thrive and feel valued. It also serves as an invitation to continue working together to strengthen the three pillars that define and guide us toward a future full of shared achievements:

(a) Healthy and Sustainable Environment,(b) Useful and Quality Work and Learning for Life and the World, and(c) Internal Responsibility Towards Happiness and Success.

The results also point to areas for improvement, which we will review with various work teams to implement actions that allow us to keep growing, strengthening our processes, and ensuring the well-being and excellence of our community.

As November draws to a close, we reflect with gratitude on the blessings we have received. Below, we share important information for this week, inspired by the wise words of Saint Francis of Assisi: “It is in giving that we receive,” the guiding theme of our novena celebrations.

• Tuesday, November 26 – Christmas Concert: Respect, Optimism, and Gratitude & Candlelight Night. Join us as we welcome the Christmas season with performances from over 154 artists, including music, dance, and aerial silk groups: the Beginner Orchestra (Orff), Junior Orchestra, EAD Orchestra, RochiFusion Orchestra (teachers), EAD Theater, Chiqui Dance, Pre Mini Dance/Mini Dance, Beginner Dance Team, Dance Team, Junior Aerial Silks, and EAD Aerial Silks!
• Wednesday, November 27 – Middle School Novena. Information will be sent directly by the Level Coordinator.
• Thursday, November 28 – Fifth Grade Novena at 8:40 a.m. in the school auditorium, followed by the Thanksgiving Lunch.
• Friday, November 29 – Early Dismissal. Students will finish their school activities at 1:00 p.m., and buses will depart at 1:10 p.m. We appreciate your understanding, as we must hold a meeting with all school staff to explain the changes in the pension system. The new regulations require us to carefully review the necessary adjustments to ensure everyone is informed and that we comply with legal requirements, safeguarding the well-being of our school community.

May this season be an opportunity to share love, hope, and generosity, as giving our best fills our hearts with the true spirit of Christmas.
