Invitación a Participar en la Inmersión Laboral 2025

Estimada Comunidad:
Esperamos hayan tenido un día muy lindo de velitas y que este inicio de Navidad esté lleno de muchas bendiciones 
Queremos compartir la siguiente iniciativa que fortalece el compromiso del Colegio Rochester con el futuro de nuestros estudiantes de 11º Grado: la Inmersión Laboral (Job Shadowing), que se llevará a cabo los días 3 y 4 de febrero de 2025.
Este programa representa una oportunidad invaluable para que nuestros seniors exploren de cerca áreas laborales que se alinean con sus sueños, talentos y proyectos de vida, en colaboración con empresas y profesionales que inspiran con su experiencia.
Hoy queremos invitarlos a ser parte activa de este proyecto, ayudándonos a conectar con empresas y organizaciones que puedan recibir a nuestros estudiantes y brindarles esta experiencia única. Sabemos que muchos de ustedes tienen redes profesionales o contactos en organizaciones que podrían estar interesados en participar.
Las empresas anfitrionas tendrán la oportunidad de:

• Contribuir al desarrollo profesional de nuestros estudiantes, ofreciéndoles una visión real de sus futuros campos laborales.
• Incorporar nuevas perspectivas e ideas frescas de una generación creativa y digitalmente capacitada.
• Fortalecer los lazos con nuestra comunidad educativa, creando un impacto positivo en los jóvenes líderes del mañana.

Job Shadowing

We hope you had a beautiful Day of Candles and that this start of the Christmas season is filled with blessings! 
We want to share an initiative that strengthens Rochester School’s commitment to the future of our 11th-grade students: the Job Shadowing Program, which will take place on February 3 and 4, 2025.
This program represents an invaluable opportunity for our seniors to closely explore career fields that align with their dreams, talents, and life projects, in collaboration with companies and professionals who inspire with their experience.
Today, we invite you to actively participate in this project by helping us connect with companies and organizations that could host our students and offer them this unique experience. We know that many of you have professional networks or contacts in organizations that might be interested in participating.
Host companies will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to the professional development of our students by offering them a real insight into their future career fields.
• Incorporate new perspectives and fresh ideas from a creative and digitally skilled generation.
• Strengthen ties with our educational community, creating a positive impact on tomorrow’s young leaders.
