Estimados Padres de Familia:

Reciban un saludo especial, esperando se encuentren bien y hayan tenido un tiempo en familia, lleno de momentos agradables. Estamos listos para recibir a sus hijos (as) el d\u00eda de ma\u00f1ana, martes 15<\/strong>, y as\u00ed continuar con nuestro primer per\u00edodo acad\u00e9mico. A continuaci\u00f3n compartimos algunos eventos de importancia para nuestra comunidad.

Presentaciones de Aprendizaje.<\/strong> Recordemos que las Presentaciones de Aprendizaje tendr\u00e1n lugar el viernes 25 y el s\u00e1bado 26 de octubre<\/strong>, para todos los estudiantes de Prejard\u00edn a 11\u00ba Grado. El d\u00eda jueves 24 de octubre, <\/strong>ser\u00e1 el \u00faltimo d\u00eda de clases del primer bimestre y los estudiantes saldr\u00e1n a la 1:00 p.m.

Pan Compartido Octubre.<\/strong> Por otra parte, iniciaremos nuestro Pan Compartido de Octubre, <\/strong>desde ma\u00f1ana, martes 15, hasta el lunes 21 de octubre. En el archivo adjunto encontrar\u00e1n los productos alimenticios que le corresponden a cada grado. #JuntosPorUnPaisMasEquitativo<\/strong>. Igualmente, compartimos tambi\u00e9n el afiche del Pan Compartido de septiembre, dando las gracias a cada una de nuestras familias por su solidaridad y generosidad. D\u00eda de la Etnia – Octubre 12. <\/strong>Nos unimos a la celebraci\u00f3n nacional del D\u00eda de la Raza, tambi\u00e9n conocido en algunos pa\u00edses como el D\u00eda de la Hispanidad o el D\u00eda de la Etnia. Esta es una celebraci\u00f3n que conmemora el encuentro de culturas ocurrido a partir del descubrimiento de Am\u00e9rica por Crist\u00f3bal Col\u00f3n el 12 de octubre de 1492. En esta fecha se reconoce la mezcla de las civilizaciones europeas, ind\u00edgenas y africanas que dieron lugar a las identidades culturales de Am\u00e9rica Latina. Esta conmemoraci\u00f3n nos invita a reflexionar sobre la interculturalidad y la importancia del respeto y la inclusi\u00f3n de todas las culturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que este fin de bimestre est\u00e9 guiado por los tres valores escogidos para el a\u00f1o escolar: respeto, optimismo y gratitud. <\/strong>Esperamos que cada uno de nuestros estudiantes logre cada una de las habilidades \u00fatiles para la vida y el mundo, que se han planeado en cada asignatura para este bimestre.

<\/em>I hope this message finds you well and that you have enjoyed pleasant family time together. We are ready to welcome your children back tomorrow, Tuesday the 15th, and continue with our first academic period. Below, we share some important events for our community.

<\/em>Learning Presentations.<\/em><\/strong> Let\u2019s remember that the <\/em>Learning Presentations will take place on Friday, October 25th, and Saturday, October 26th, for all students from Pre-kindergarten to 12th grade<\/em><\/strong>. Thursday, October 24th, will be the last day of classes for the first quarter, and students will be dismissed at 1:00 p.m.
<\/em>
<\/em>October Shared Bread.<\/em><\/strong> Additionally, we will begin our October Shared Bread from tomorrow, Tuesday the 15th, through Monday, October 21st. Attached you will find a list of food products assigned to each grade. <\/em>#TogetherForAMoreEquitableCountry<\/em><\/strong>. We are also sharing the poster from September\u2019s Shared Bread, expressing our gratitude to each of our families for their solidarity and generosity. Columbus Day – October 12. <\/strong><\/em>We join the national celebration of Columbus Day, also known in some countries as Hispanic Day or Ethnicity Day. This is a celebration that commemorates the encounter of cultures that occurred with the discovery of America by Christopher Columbus on October 12, 1492. On this date, we recognize the blending of European, Indigenous, and African civilizations that gave rise to the cultural identities of Latin America. This commemoration invites us to reflect on interculturality and the importance of respect and inclusion of all cultures.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

May the end of this quarter be guided by the three values chosen for this school year: <\/em>respect, optimism, and gratitude.<\/em><\/strong> We hope each of our students achieves the life and world skills planned for this quarter in each subject.<\/em>
