Estimada Comunidad Rochesteriana:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esperamos que est\u00e9n muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les informamos que el 6 de febrero de 2025<\/strong> se celebrar\u00e1 el D\u00eda de No Carro, por lo que aquellos que requieran utilizar el servicio de transporte en esa fecha deben seguir el siguiente procedimiento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Enviar la solicitud<\/strong>\u00a0a trav\u00e9s del portal de solicitudes, escoger en\u00a0“Servicio” Transporte y en “Tipo de Solicitud” Cambio Salida.<\/strong>\u00a0https:\/\/www.rochester.edu.co\/student-life\/requests<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. En el asunto de la solicitud, debe indicarse en\u00a0may\u00fasculas y negrilla<\/strong>\u00a0lo siguiente:\u00a0“SOLICITUD DE TRANSPORTE D\u00cdA DE\u00a0NO\u00a0CARRO\u00a06 de FEBRERO de 2025”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. El plazo para radicar las solicitudes ser\u00e1 hasta el\u00a031 de enero de 2025 a las 10:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Por favor incluir en “Descripci\u00f3n” la direcci\u00f3n de su residencia<\/strong>\u00a0para poder asignarles la ruta correspondiente, as\u00ed como el paradero donde ser\u00e1n recogidos en la ma\u00f1ana y dejados en la tarde.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Es importante tener en cuenta que este servicio, que incluye dos trayectos (ma\u00f1ana y tarde), se gestiona como un transporte ocasional<\/strong> y su costo ser\u00e1 cargado a la facturaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Una vez procesada su solicitud, recibir\u00e1n la respuesta con los datos de la ruta<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la informaci\u00f3n del conductor y monitora<\/strong> asignados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please be advised that February 6, 2025 will be No Car Day, so those requiring to use transportation service on that date should follow the following procedure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Submit the request through the request portal, choose under \u201cService\u201d Transportation and under \u201cRequest Type\u201d Exit Change.\u00a0https:\/\/www.rochester.edu.co\/student-life\/requests<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. In the subject line of the request, the following must be indicated in capital letters and bold letters: \u201cTRANSPORTATION REQUEST\u00a0NO\u00a0CAR DAY FEBRUARY 6, 2025\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The deadline for submitting applications will be January 31, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Please include in \u201cDescription\u201d the address of your residence so that we can assign you the corresponding route, as well as the stop where you will be picked up in the morning and dropped off in the afternoon.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      It is important to note that this service, which includes two routes (morning and afternoon), is managed as an occasional transportation and its cost will be charged to your billing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Once your request has been processed, you will receive a reply with the route data, as well as the information of the driver and monitor assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
